Cardly - Privacy Policy

Woohoo Software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Cardly mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our App.

1. Your Data

Your card data — including card names, barcodes, card numbers, PINs, gift-card balances, and any card photos you add — is private. Only you can see it: we do not have access to, collect, or store your card data.

No user accounts are required to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Google Drive Backup

The App offers an optional backup feature using Google Drive. If you choose to use this feature:

• Your data is transferred directly between your device and your Google Drive account
• We do not have access to your Google Drive credentials or backup files
• You can manage or delete your backups at any time through Google Drive

3. Biometric Authentication

The App offers an optional biometric lock feature (fingerprint, face recognition, or device PIN/pattern). Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system — we do not collect, store, or have access to your biometric data.

4. Subscription and Purchase Data

Subscription status is managed by Google Play. We verify your purchase status using anonymous identifiers provided by Google Play — we do not have access to your payment details.

5. No Advertising or Tracking

Cardly does not display advertisements. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools, and we do not build a profile of you or your activity.

6. Data Security

Your data is protected by your device's built-in security measures, including the optional biometric lock. Data transferred to Google Drive is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Control Over Your Data

• You can edit or delete your cards and balances at any time within the App
• Uninstalling the App permanently deletes your cards from that device
• Google Drive backups can be managed or deleted through your Google Drive account

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
