Run My Life - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Run My Life mobile application ("App") operated by Woohoo Software ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
2. Data Ownership and Privacy
Your data (tasks, task history, and categories) is stored on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your data. If you choose to use the optional Google Drive backup feature, your data is transferred directly between your device and your Google Drive account — we do not have access to your Google Drive or backup files.
You are responsible for managing your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss. For more information on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.
3. Premium Subscription and Payments
The App offers both subscription plans and a one-time lifetime purchase to unlock premium features ("Premium").
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose)
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play Store settings
Free Trials
- Some subscription plans may include a free trial period
- Free trial availability and duration are displayed at the time of purchase in the Google Play purchase dialog
- If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Google Play account will be charged
- You can cancel during the free trial at any time in your Google Play Store settings to avoid being charged
- Free trials are limited to one per Google Play account per subscription plan
Lifetime Purchase
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks all current premium features permanently
- No recurring charges apply
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies.
4. Premium Features
Premium unlocks the following features:
- Ad-Free Experience
- Task Suggestions
- Backup & Restore (Google Drive)
- One-Tap Complete
- Repeat Control
- Early Completion Control
- Extra Views (Tomorrow, This Week, This Month, Next Month)
- Bulk Actions (Multi-Select)
- Share Tasks
We may add new premium features over time. Existing features included in your plan will not be removed.
5. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge and accept the display of ads. You can remove ads by purchasing Premium.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the App belong to Woohoo Software. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woohoo Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.
You have sole responsibility for adequate backup of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause.
Without limiting the foregoing, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Woohoo Software from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
